Look at these two lovable dorks (brothers?) with the big smiles, popping out like rabbits out of what looks like an old sewer pipe. Posing silly like this is so much more interesting, isn’t it?
This one got lost inside the vortex that is the USPS. So sad. Maybe someday it’ll eventually make its way to me…

This is a fun picture, great smiles and they look as if they are having a good time.
I had a similar problem with a picture coming to the UK from America, I think I waited for nearly two months after which time the seller gave me a refund then wouldn’t you know it the picture arrived nearly three months late, but worth the wait, and before you ask, yes I did send the money to the seller :-D

It’s been a whole month since I should have gotten it. I’m the same way. I got a refund for a cabinet card that just wouldn’t come in the mail, it was from Germany. What do you know, it did come 3 days later. I paid for it again, the seller was surprised and appreciated my honesty.
I think it’s crucial to be honest and keep a good relationship with sellers. You never know when they’ll have that photo you really have to have lol. Your reply gives me hope I’ll eventually get it. But this is from US to US…

I agree as someone who also sells, not too often though I wouldn’t want to be ripped off by a buyer.

The problem is there’s just no way to know when cards are sent via regular no tracking mail. I see the seller’s feedback and assume they were honest and sent it.

I’ve only had problems with a couple of sellers and had to resort to contacting PayPal for a refund, they seem to be better than another auction site that is more likely to protect their sellers than aggrieved buyers. The other problem is that if all sellers used a tracking system it would increase the postage costs. I’ve looked at several cards and pictures but a postal charge of $14 makes me think twice unless I really want the item.

I think some do that to avoid eBay fees. If the item’s overall cost is what I think is fair I’ll go ahead and get it. BUT if I don’t get the item and I paid $8 for shipping, then we have a problem.
