A favorite of my collection. Who were these guys? Some look related and one is displaying amputated fingers. What’s his story? What’s theirs?
The one on the top right just saw a cop!
And every single one with his fedora and unlit cigarette in the mouth. One thing is sure, they were their own gang and must have had a good laugh looking at their picture.
This photograph gives me a good chuckle every time I see it.

I missed out on this one to get another, but it is well worth adding to this site. The gentleman is wearing a very high collar, and this looks like their wedding picture.
1909 Fraternity boy (?) Private collection.
This one did not scan well. The process made the dark parts look like silver, so I toyed with it some. Does anyone out there know the pin he’s wearing? I’m guessing a fraternity by other examples I’ve seen.
An adult wrote the date on the back in pencil, then below it a toddler (I strongly assume) wrote it again, also in pencil. :)

This man is so ‘pretty’ he looks like a doll. His wide eyes stare into the distance while the women are looking directly into the camera.

My first tintype. This couple blows my mind they are so beautiful together. And her hat! Who were they? Where was this taken? He seems self-assured, she looks a bit weary. Long day at the fair?
